  2. Did you reply to the SMS confirmation message within 6 hours?

    Yes - Go to question 3.
    No - Restart billing process. You have not been charged.
  3. Have you received any SMS billing messages?

    Yes - Go to question 4
    No - Contact Support
  4. Your first SMS billing message stated how many messages you would receive. For example "This message is 1 of 4". Have you received all the SMS billing messages?

    Yes - Go to question 5
    No - Contact Support
  5. Your billing process is complete. Have you received the product or service you have paid for?

    Yes - Thank you for using Mobillcash
    No - Go to question 6
  6. Please use the Personal billing statement service.

    1.  If you bill is awaiting confirmation (grey in colour), please use the Self Verify tool or contact Mobillcash Support
    2.  If your bill is completed (green in colour), please contact the merchant directly using the details provided in the Personal billing statement section.
